The financing agreement with Winance is being terminated

Brighter has signed the termination of the financing agreement with investment company Winance announced by Brighter on May 28, 2019.

”We are terminating the financing agreement with Winance, to instead finance our global commercialization activities with the recently announced share issue (the benefit issue) directed to the shareholders,” says Henrik Norström, CEO of Brighter.
