Warrants TO1 and TO2 are now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Conversion of interim shares to ordinary shares will take place on February 29, 2016.

The result means that 3,812,962 shares were acquired by warrant holders and the Company received approximately SEK 11.4 million in cash.
