Equality Commission’s intervention in Christian legal cases ’wholly disproportionate’
The British Humanist Association (BHA) has expressed its severe concerns over an application by the UK’s Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) to intervene in four cases of alleged discrimination against Christians in the workplace which are being taken to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).
