BROSTRÖM IN ENLARGED CO-OPERATION WITH DONSÖTANK One more vessel to Broström's commercial fleet For more than ten years Broström and Donsötank have worked together within product tanker shipping both in chartering and partnership of vessels. The co- operation has now been enlarged by Broström's purchasing of 30 % of the newbuilding PROSPERO and Donsötank's purchasing of 30 % of the vessel UNITED ATLAND, to be renamed BRO ATLAND. PROSPERO is a new product carrier of 17,000 dwt, which will be delivered at the end of September by Eduard Shipyard, Shanghai. PROSPERO will commercially be under Broström's responsibility and the manning and technical issues will be handled by Donsötank. "We appreciate and value the co-operation with Donsötank. Through this additional vessel we emphasise our ambition to actively participate in the consolidation of the shipping industry", says Lennart Simonsson, Broström.
