Broström issues a 3-year USD bond

Broström has launched and placed a USD 40 million 3-year-bond. The bond will mature on 4 November 2008 and initial settlement date is 4 November 2005. The notes will be applied for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Through the issuance of this bond, the bond market has become an additional long-term financing source for Broström. Nordea was chosen as arranger of this inaugural bond.
