Broström's latest newbuilding, Bro Etienne, named in China At a ceremony in China Broström's latest newbuilding was named BRO ETIENNE by its godmother Mrs Birgitt Beutner, who is the wife of Mr Helfried Beutner, Managing Director of Rigel Schiffahrts GmbH. The vessel is a product tanker of 37,300 dwt and is one out of six vessels that Broström and its partner Rigel Schiffahrts GmbH have ordered at the Chinese shipyard Jinling Shipyard. Delivery will be made before the end of 2004. The remaining three vessels in the series are planned for delivery during 2005. The vessels will be serving under Broström's cargo contracts with the major oil companies in the European trade in Europe.
