BROSTRÖM sells older tanker vessel The sale gives Broström a profit of approximately MSEK 2 and a cash surplus of around MSEK 30. In line with Broström's strategy to lead the market in terms of quality, safety and the environment the company has decided to sell one of its few remaining older single-hulled vessels BRO BARA. This product tanker of 30,000 dwt was built in 1982. The sale of BRO BARA further reduces the average age of the remaining Broström fleet to 8 years, which makes the fleet one of the world's most modern diversified product tanker fleets in the range from 4,000 to 80,000 dwt.
