Broström share split

At the Annual General Meeting of Broström AB on 3 May 2007 it was decided to approve the Board´s proposal to make alterations in the articles of association in order to make a so-called split possible. A split will now be carried out which means that each old share is divided into two shares. The last day of trading in the Broström share before the split will be on 30 May 2007. As from 31 May 2007 the share is traded after share split. Record day at VPC for the share split is 4 June 2007.
