Broström takes delivery of acquired vessel

Broström has taken delivery of the first product and chemical tanker in a series of four. The purchase of the vessels were agreed earlier this year in connection with the acquisition of the outstanding shares in Iver Ships, now a fully owned subsidiary under the name Broström Tankers Ltd.

The first of the acquired vessels (ex IVER PROGRESS) has now been delivered and has been renamed BRO PRIORITY. The second vessel (ex IVER PROSPERITY) will be renamed BRO PROVIDER and is scheduled to be delivered later this month. Both vessels are 31,180 dwt, built in 2001 and will be flying the Swedish flag. The remaining two product and chemical tankers will be delivered in February 2006.
