Change of ownership in Broström AB One of Broström's major shareholders, Siem Industrikapital AB (former under the company Four Seasons Venture Capital AB) has sold its total shareholding in Broström AB. Buyers of the A shares with strong voting right in Broström are Arvid Svensson Invest AB, Shipinvest Intressenter AB, Per Dreijer family (through the company Lunaria AB) and Lennart Simonsson. Arvid Svensson Invest also takes over Siem Industrikapital's shares in Shipinvest Intressenter AB, a company with the only assignment to own and administer shares in Broström. The transaction will not cause mandatory offer for Arvid Svensson Invest AB, as this company will enter into the present agreement between the A shareholders only if the Securities Council grants exemption or the agreement is changed in a way that mandatory offer does not occur. The B shares directly owned by Siem Industrikapital have been acquired by a number of institutions, most of which by Catella Kapitalförvalting AB. Present changes of ownership may be seen in the enclosed table.
