CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP IN PERCY THAM I OXELÖSUND AB Percy Tham i Oxelösund AB, with activities within ship clearance and forwarding in Oxelösund has partly changed ownership. Paltrans Shipping AB has acquired the 50 % of the shares in Percy Tham that used to be held by the Port of Oxelösund. Paltrans, with its head office located in Västerås, runs since a number of years their own ship clearance operation in Oxelösund. This operation has been transferred to Percy Tham in connection with the change of ownership. Thereby a solid base for a continued positive development has been achieved with emphasis on a high service level for existing and new customers in the ports of Oxelösund. Broström AB maintains its 50 % ownership in Percy Tham and after this change of ownership the company is owned jointly by Broström and Paltrans on a 50/50 basis. Broström has operations within ship agency, forwarding and chartering in a number of Swedish ports. The Broström Ship Agency Network has a total turnover of SEK 125 million and 65 dedicated employees. The business unit is part of Broström's operational area Marine & Logistics Services. Paltrans Shipping is part of B&N Nordsjöfrakt with activities within liner shipping between ports in Sweden and UK/Continent in addition to ship clearance and forwarding operations in several other ports.
