EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING An extraordinary General Meeting will be held in Broström AB on Thursday 19 October 2000 because of changes in the Board suggested below. As a consequence of that Roelof R Hendriks and Rick C van Westenbrugge have left their employments in Royal Vopak, they have announced their resignation of the Board of Broström AB. Royal Vopak, one of the principal shareholders of Broström AB, has suggested Ton Spoor, CEO and chairman of the Executive Board of Royal Vopak, together with Paul Govaart, proposed member of the Executive Board of Royal Vopak, to be elected to the Board of Broström AB.
