Brownie’s Marine Group to Exhibit its Innovative and Industry Leading Products at the Nation’s Largest In-Water Powerboat Show

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., October 11, 2012-- Brownie’s Marine Group, Inc. (OTCBB: BWMG), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of highly specialized dive and safety products, is exhibiting at the United States Powerboat Show. The show is the nation’s oldest and largest in-water powerboat exhibition now in its 41st year; and is located at the waterfront of historic Annapolis, Maryland. The show typically attracts more than 40,000 boating enthusiasts.

Brownie’s Marine Group is exhibiting its product line which is well suited for boats and boating activities.   Brownie’s industry leading Third Lung Surface Supplied Air Dive Systems fit particularly well for both sailboats as well as powerboats. Additionally Brownie’s holds the exclusive rights to the US market of  market leading lifejackets. The Kon-Tiki Royal is the first lifejacket approved by both the US Coast Guard and the prestigious Safety of Life at Sea organization (“SOLAS”). The other lifejacket, the BMG-SOLAS 2010, is produced by Viking Life Saving Equipment, a large international manufacturer of marine equipment. Both lifejackets include Brownie’s Marine Group designed, engineered and patented performance enhancing neck-collar technology.

Brownie’s Marine Group is now commencing an aggressive direct sales and distribution campaign for the two lifejackets to a market that includes the private boat owners as well as to passenger and cargo ships and also persons working offshore.
