Nina Bjornstad, the new Chairperson of the board, is an experienced leader in the technology sector. Starting her career in the USA, she has over 20 years of experience in senior positions at prominent global tech companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. Nina combines deep expertise from both large corporations and innovative early-growth companies. Her international experience spans multiple industries beyond software, including telecommunications, sustainable development, IoT, and AgTech. She is also active in strategic and advisory roles at Telenor ASA, Saga Robotics AS, Utopi Ltd and Mace Group Ltd. With her global perspective and multifaceted expertise, she is well-equipped to lead BRP System’s board of directors going forward.

In addition to Nina Bjornstad, Lisa Åberg and Tomas Liljeborg have been appointed new directors of the board. Lisa has extensive experience in strategic and operational work with various types of companies, from healthcare, banks, and insurance companies to digital niche and fintech companies in Europe, the USA, and Africa. She also serves on the boards of SATS Group, Hjo Installation and Avanza. Previously, she worked at McKinsey, and was part of the global leadership team, focusing on sustainability. Tomas is the Chairperson and founder of Macrobond, a leading global provider of software, macroeconomic and financial data. The board also includes Joakim Lundvall, Partner at Nordic Capital Advisors, and Rolf Torsøe, Managing Director at Nordic Capital Advisors.
