BTL applies for delisting from Stockholm and Copenhagen exchanges
BTL applies for delisting from Stockholm and Copenhagen stock exchanges Stinnes AG, which on 1 February 1999 made a public offer to acquire all the remaining shares in BTL AB, holds as of today more than 95 per cent of the capital and controls over 97 per cent of the votes in BTL AB. The board of BTL AB have therefore decided to request that the Company's shares be delisted from the stock exchanges in Stockholm and Copenhagen with effect from 3 May 1999. The final day for trading in BTL shares on the Stockholm and Copenhagen stock exchanges will thus be 30 April 1999. ./.
