Akzo Nobel Coating Group - New client with BTS The worlds leading coatings business, Akzo Nobel Coatings, has awarded BTS a training and development assignment worth up to 4 MSEK. The assignment, which includes a tailored web-based simulation, will be delivered to 1,000 junior professionals over the next four years. The objective of the program is to offer these professionals an overview of their business profitability. "I am very happy with this cooperation. From previous experiences I know that BTS is able to design tailor-made and attractive training programs. For us it is the first time that we will run a program such as this on the Web, which will make it much more accessible, more up-to-date and more personal. We intend to have participants from all over the globe, employed in each of our Coating business units", says Leo Kool, Group Human Resources Manager for the Coating Group.
