BTS acquires Spanish company

BTS ACQUIRES SPANISH COMPANY The training and consultancy company BTS Group AB has acquired the Spanish company I-Simco. I-Simco works within the same field as BTS -business simulations-, and has offices in Madrid and Bilbao. The company was founded in 1999 and has had profitable growth each year. I-Simco currently has 8 employees and is estimated to have a turnover of approximately MSEK 7 during 2003. "The Spanish market is interesting both in terms of size and growth potential.
