BTS expands relationship with leading wireless provider as partner for strategic management initiative One of the largest American wireless companies, with more than 30,000 employees and annual revenue exceeding US$10 billion, has partnered with BTS to develop and deploy a strategic alignment initiative to its mid- level management using a customized business simulation and complementary web-based tools. The initial phase of the project, worth approximately MSEK 2.9 in 2002, targets approximately 2,500 of the company's mid-level managers. Expanding a partnership with BTS on its leadership initiative, the client seeks to align management behind a common strategic direction, enabling them to base decisions on key business drivers that support the successful execution of the company's strategy. The simulation-based workshops and web-based tools facilitate the exploration of tactical alternatives and coordination of specific initiatives. "We are gratified that the success of the leadership initiative has led to the creation of new, re-tailored version of the program for the next level of managers," noted David Ackley, Director-Telecom for BTS USA, Inc. BTS is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange since the 6 June 2001.
