BTS receives important order from Norway Post Norway Post has yet again commissioned the training and consultancy company BTS Group AB to develop and deliver a training program for approximately 850 leaders. The assignment is worth 5.5 MSEK and is to be delivered during 2004. BTS will develop both a computer based simulation and a manual simulation, aiming to create a foundation of values and understanding financial relationships within Norway Post for the decision makers, based on their leadership philosophy and leadership demands. The program is a continuation of the training program BTS delivered for Norway Post's top managers during 2002 and 2003. "We have now trained 300 top and middle managers in the Norway Post and are taking a natural step further out in the organisation to secure that all leaders have an understanding of strategies and profitability focus.
