BTS signs agreement with Oncor, TXU's new energy delivery business Oncor, TXU's new energy delivery business, has contracted BTS to develop and deliver a program of executive training workshops. The contract includes a tailored computerized business simulation and will be delivered to the top Oncor executives during 2002. The program is designed to enhance managers' business capacity and augment participant's ability to articulate and execute Oncor's strategy.
