Federated Department Stores, a premier American department store operator including Macy´s and Bloomingdale's with annual revenues exceeding US$15 billion, has partnered with BTS to develop and deploy a leadership training initiative to its stores, merchant and support executives using a customized business simulation-based workshop The project, worth approximately 7 MSEK, targets approximately 800 of Federated's mid-level managers. The simulation-based workshops are designed to strengthen managers' understanding of the relationships between leadership decisions and company performance, and to further catalyse thinking around the drivers of competitive advantage.
