Purchase of shares in Zutec Holding AB

Stockholm 19 September 2021 – Zutec Holding AB (“Zutec”), today announced that the newly elected board member Gareth Burton has acquired 1,200,000 million shares equivalent to 1.9% in the company. Furthermore, the board member Per Åkerman has acquired an additional 289,855 shares and now owns a total of 1,164,855 shares equivalent to 1.9% in the company.
