Zutec Holding AB Announces Resignation of CEO and Appointment of Interim CEO

Zutec Holding AB (the “Company”) announces, by mutual consent, that CEO Brendan O’Riordan has tendered his resignation with immediate effect to pursue other career opportunities.  He will continue to support the Company in a consultancy position during the transition period. In light of Mr. O’ Riordan’s resignation, the Board has appointed Clíona Farrelly, presently the CFO of the Company, as interim Chief Executive Officer.

The Board would like to thank Brendan for his excellent work during the IPO and the development phase of the Company and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
