The Nomination Committee of Bulten AB (publ) has decided to withdraw the previously communicated proposal to the Annual General Meeting 2020 of an increased fee to the Audit Committee of SEK 25,000 per member.

The Nomination Committee, consisting of four members - one representative of each of the three largest shareholders as of the last banking day in September, who wishes to appoint a member of the Nomination Committee, and the Chairman of the Board, has in a published notice to the Annual General Meeting in Bulten, proposed an increase of the fees to the Audit Committee of SEK 25,000 per member.

Given the uncertain situation where effects related to Covid-19 are difficult to predict, the Nomination Committee in Bulten has decided to withdraw the previously communicated proposal to the Annual General Meeting of the increased fee, and instead proposes that it remains unchanged in relation to what was approved by the Annual General Meeting in 2019. Thus, the Nomination Committee proposes fees for the Audit Committee to SEK 75,000 for the Chairman and to SEK 25,000 per member. The other board fees remain unchanged compared to 2019 and according to previous proposal.
