Bulten’s sustainability work receives highest rating, a Platinum Medal, from EcoVadis
Bulten has been awarded a Platinum Medal for its sustainability work by EcoVadis, an international provider of sustainability ratings. The award places Bulten in the top one percent of all 75,000 companies assessed by EcoVadis.
EcoVadis is one of the world’s largest and most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings, with a global network of over 75,000 companies. Its approach is based on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the UN Global Compact and ISO 26000. The EcoVadis assessment focuses on how well a company has integrated sustainability into its business strategy and management system. They look at how each company manages its impact on the environment, working conditions and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, and also how transparent their work is.
“We are very proud to be awarded this high rating by a well-reputed independent assessment body. It is firm proof that our sustainability work yields results, and it motivates us to be even better. It also shows that the integration of sustainability into our business strategy works well,” says Marlene Dybeck, SVP HR & Sustainability at Bulten Group.
