Employee representative concludes his duties in Bulten’s board

Johan Larsson resigns from his position as employee representative of Bulten AB (publ) board due to his resignation from the Group.

Deputy Thure Andersen will enter into Johan Larsson's place, pending the appointment of a new employee member.
