FinnvedenBulten AB changes company name to Bulten AB
Today, September 1, 2014, FinnvedenBulten AB changes company name to Bulten AB. The name change is a natural result of the streamlining of the business after the sale of the division Finnveden Metal Structures and the company's focus on fasteners for the automotive industry.
The decision on the name change from FinnvedenBulten AB to Bulten AB was taken at an extraordinary general meeting on 19 August. The new name Bulten AB has been approved and registered by the Companies Registration Office and enters into force on 1 September 2014. As of September 2, the company's shares will be traded under the ticker BULTEN on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
Bulten AB (publ) is a renowned company that has been producing high quality fasteners since its establishment 1873 in Hallstahammar. After several strategic acquisitions in the 1990s, the operation was streamlined towards the automotive industry. In recent years the comapny has experienced strong organic growth, thanks to an increasingly global presence and a successful strategy with the company's FSP concept (Full Service Provider) as a base.
