New employee representative appointed to the Bulten AB (publ) board

Mikael Jansson has been appointed new employee representative to the Bulten AB (publ) ("Bulten") board.

Mikael Jansson will take on his duties as employee representative with immediate effect and for a term of office of three years. Mikael has been employed at Bulten's plant in Hallstahammar since 2003, where he has had a number of different positions within production. Since 2017 he is employed as a production engineer.

Thure Andersen will remain as deputy.
