Notice to attend Annual General Meeting of FinnvedenBulten AB (publ)

In accordance with the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB Rule Book, FinnvedenBulten AB (publ) hereby announces the contents of its notice to attend the Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on April 24, 2013 at 17.00 CET at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre (Sw. Svenska Mässan), Room R2, Mässans Gata 20, Gothenburg, Sweden. Registration for the meeting will begin at 16.00 CET. Light refreshments will be served before the meeting.

The notice is enclosed to this press release. The formal notice to attend will also be announced on the company’s website, and in The Official Swedish Gazette (Sw. Post- och Inrikes Tidningar) on March 25, 2013. An announcement that the notice to attend has been issued will be published in the newspapers Dagens industri and Göteborgs-Posten on the same date.
