Bulten divests Götene Ekonomitryck to Danish F.E. Bording A/S

Bulten divests Götene Ekonomitryck to Danish F.E. Bording A/S Bulten has today signed an agreement regarding sales of the shares in Götene Ekonomitryck AB to the graphical group F.E. Bording A/S. F.E. Bording A/S is listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange and the turnover in 1999 was 664 MDKK. Bordings strategic goal is to within graphical communication expand on the Scandinavian market. The price for the shares amounts to approx. 40 MSEK equivalent to the book st value of Götene. Götene will be taken over as of 1 July 2000. Bulten president and CEO, Åke Nordin, comments: "I am very satisfied with the deal. Bording makes an ideal owner to Götene and has ambitions to further develop the company. Bulten is now active only in fasteners, after last years divestments of Höganäs Refractories, Titanbron and today Götene.
