CEO of Vestas Wind Systems appointed new Vice Chair of Bunker Holding
Danish USTC Group has appointed Henrik Andersen as new Vice Chair of subsidiary company Bunker Holding’s Board of Directors. The appointment forms part of Bunker Holding’s continued development and will further strengthen the Board’s expertise through the addition of one of Denmark’s most prominent business leaders.
Today, Henrik Andersen sits as Group President & CEO of Danish Vestas Wind Systems A/S. As former CEO of Hempel A/S and ISS A/S in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, he joins the Board with extensive insight after more than 20 years of experience in international business.
In addition to his new role as Vice Chair of Bunker Holding, he holds board positions at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and MHI Vestas Japan Co., Ltd. As well as member of the Investment Committee of Maj Invest 5 & 6 K/S (ICM).
Henrik Andersen holds a degree in International Business from Aarhus School of Business and a Master’s in Law from the University of Aarhus.
