AIREDALE GETS INTO THE FESTIVE SPIRIT

Residents and staff at Bupa’s Airedale Residential Home, Pudsey, Leeds, warmly invite members of the local community to their annual carol concert, on Saturday 12 December, 1.00pm to 2.30pm. Singers will be accompanied on keyboard by friend of the home, Cath who entertains residents on a regular basis. Popular Christmas favourites including ‘Away in a Manger’, ‘Hark the Herald Angels Sing’ and ‘O Little Town of Bethlehem’ will be on the set list and mince pies, tea and sherry will be served after the service. Dianne Hashmi, home manager at Bupa’s Airedale Residential Home, says: “Our carol singing service really gets everyone into the Christmas spirit, and is an enjoyable afternoon for the residents and staff. We really enjoy inviting the wider community into the home, and look forward to singing along to some old favourites.”
