Bupa’s Copper Hill Residential and Nursing Home, Hunslet, Leeds, welcomes volunteers from The Prince's Trust Yorkshire and The Humber on Thursday 11 February. The volunteers will help deliver a variety of activities to residents in the home. Activities on the day will include a range of floor based games and a number of bingo sessions. Julie Kerr, activity co-ordinator at Bupa’s Copper Hill Residential and Nursing Home, says: “We are delighted to welcome volunteers from the Prince's Trust to Copper Hill. Our residents are really looking forward to having some new faces around the place and it will be great to have some extra hands to help out on the day." Siobhan Drane, Bupa’s community affairs consultant, says: " We're really excited to welcome The Prince's Trust into one of our care homes to spend the day delivering activities to our residents. All of our homes across the UK have activities programmes and our activity co-ordinators do a fantastic job in helping to enrich the quality of life of our residents. However, it’s great that, The Prince's Trust; one of the charities Bupa have supported for a number of years has offered to support us in this way.”
