KNOWLES COURT HOST SCHOOL SPORTSDAY

Thursday, 02 July 2009 Bupa’s Knowles Court Residential and Nursing Home, Bridgeway, Bradford is hosting a sports day for children at Knowles Wood Primary School, Knowles Lane, Bradford for the 4th year running on Tuesday 7 July at 1.30pm. For the past 12 months residents at Bupa’s Knowles Court have been providing a reading service for different groups of children each week from Knowles Wood School, this scheme originally started in 2003. This has been of great enjoyment to both residents and children. The home decided that holding a sports day for the children would be a great way of bringing everyone together. Dorothy Walker, Home Manager at Bupa’s Knowles Court says; “Everyone is really looking forward to the event, it will be great for our residents to see the children again.” ENDS
