As a consequence of AcadeMedia's acquisition of Ljud & Bildskolan LBS AB and Drottning Blanka Gymnasieskola AB and the non-cash issue connected herewith, Bure's holding now represents 8.5 per cent of the share capital and 25.1 per cent of the votes.
