Announcement

Following Bure’s announcement yesterday about a public offer to acquire all outstanding shares in AcadeMedia AB, Bure was offered to acquire another 240 936 shares of class B in AcadeMedia at a price of SEK 90.00 per share.

After this acquisition, Bure's holding now represents 30.5 per cent of the share capital and 44.8 per cent of the votes.
