Buer sells all its shares in Elmo Leather

Bure sells all its shares in Elmo Leather Bure is selling all its shares in Elmo Leather, equivalent to approximately 10 per cent of the company. The sale will generate a liquidity contribution of approximately SEK 12M and a capital gain of around SEK 8M. The sale relates to the whole company. The buyers are Elmo Leather's President, Nalle Johansson, and the company's Executive Vice President, Anders Bengtsson. Bure has owned Elmo Leather jointly with Nordic Capital and Accent Equity Partners.
