Bure and Investor form joint company within CRM - Customer Group AB Bure Equity AB and Investor AB are forming a joint group of specialist companies within Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The first two building blocks in the new Group, Customer Group AB, are Vendator Institutet and Oculos. Bure will have an ownership of 40 per cent in Customer Group and Investor 20 per cent. Customer Group will bring together companies within the different segments of the CRM sector and form a "one stop shop" for companies which are changing their organisations from focusing on products to focusing on customers. Vendator, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bure, operates in sales and service oriented training and within change management. Oculos, with Investors wholly-owned subsidiary, Investor Growth Capital, as its largest owner, specialises in IT support for CRM and customer focused business development. Customer Group will initially have sales of SEK 100M and around 100 staff. "An extensive process of change from product to customer orientation is underway in large companies all over the world. This creates a strong demand for services within strategy and implementation of new systems and services," says Sven-Åke Lewin, Senior Investment Manager of e- Knowledge in Bure Equity.
