Bure completes sale of Cygate

Bure announced on 16 November that it had signed an agreement for the sale of its entire holding in Cygate to TeliaSonera. Through the sale Bure receives a preliminary purchase amount of SEK 630 million.

The sale is approved by the relevant authorities and the buyer TeliaSonera has today gained access to the shares in Cygate.
