Bure divests Stark Film och Event Bure is divesting its holding in Stark Film och Event, which it owns through Business Communication Group. The buyer is a company owned by employees in Stark. The sale will not have any significant effect on Bure's results. The purchase price amounts to SEK 1.8M plus a supplementary purchase price of SEK 1.8M based on result developments. "The sale is in line with our action plan directed at fewer and larger holdings. At the same time, Stark gets an opportunity to develop further, which is crucial for the development of the company," says Lennart Svantesson, President and CEO of Bure.
