Bure increases its holding in Citat

Bure increases its ownership in Citat Bure is increasing its ownership in Citat to more than 99 per cent by acquiring shares from minority shareholders. Bure has made a conditional offer to all minority shareholders in Citat to acquire their shares. The offer was subject to Bure achieving an ownership of Citat in excess of 90 per cent. The offer has been accepted to the extent that Bure's ownership now amounts to 99.9 per cent and Bure is, therefore, completing its offer. Bure's ownership before its offer to the minority shareholders was 79 per cent. One of the minority shareholders selling his shares to Bure is Örjan Serner, Senior Investment Manager at Bure. The transaction value is based on a valuation of the shares in Citat which has been agreed with an independent expert party. All the shares are being acquired on identical terms.
