EnergoRetea has today entered into an agreement regarding acquisition of CLC Installationsconsult AB ("CLC"), an engineering consultancy with a strong position within Energy, HVAC, sanitation and control, Fire, Cooling and Electrical engineering in the Skåne region. The company has about 60 employees, a turnover of SEK 54M and offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. The acquisition also includes CLS's premises in Helsingborg. After the acquisition EnergoRetea has approximately 270 employees with a total turnover for 2007 pro forma amounting to SEK 258M.

EnergoRetea and CLC complement each other very well both from a geographical and competence perspective. Both companies have a market leading position within the Building Automation Systems business area on their respective markets in the Stockholm and Skåne regions. The establishment of EnergoRetea in the southern Sweden started during 2007, concentrated on Energy and Power Networks, where the company today employs consultants within hydro and wind power, power transmission and construction. EnergoRetea has after the acquisition approximately 100 consultants working in Region South.

CLC will continue to operate as an independent company within the EnergoRetea Group. By the change of ownership CLC's Executive Vice President Lennart Torsholm will take over as CEO. The previous owners will continue working in the company.

"It is very satisfying that we today are able to acquire CLC, which has a very strong position as a building automation systems consultancy in Skåne. EnergoRetea and CLC will together form a strong platform for continuous growth", says Bure's Executive Vice President Carl Backman.

The transaction will be fully completed during July 2008.
