Bure repurchases shares and warrants

Bure has repurchased 20,332,000 shares at an average price of SEK 3.45 per share. After the repurchase Bure holds in total 31,332,000 of its own shares. The total amount of outstanding shares in Bure amounts to 653,766,698 shares.

Bure has also repurchased 30,000,000 of the company’s listed warrants series 2003/2007 at an average price of SEK 2.71 per warrant. After the repurchase Bure holds in total 80,000,000 of the outstanding warrants. The total amount of outstanding warrants amounts to 644,433,302 warrants.
