Bure´s acquisition of shares in Teleca implemented

Bure's acquisition of shares in Teleca implemented Bure's acquisition of shares in Teleca has been implemented. The acquisition means that Bure's ownership in the merged Teleca/AU-System amounts to 16.0 per cent of capital and 16.8 per cent of votes. Teleca's public offer to the shareholders in AU-System has been accepted and implemented.
