Bure's holding in Teleca

Bure's holding in Teleca Bure has sold 164,000 A shares in Teleca and currently owns 9,332,800 B shares, equivalent to 15.8 per cent of capital and 14.4 per cent of votes in Teleca. The shares have been acquired by Danir, which is wholly-owned by Teleca's chairman Dan Olofsson, who consequently owns the largest shareholding in Teleca from a votes viewpoint, equivalent to 18.9 per cent. Bure takes a positive view of Teleca's development and future potential. With this in mind, Bure will not initiate an exit until 2004 at the earliest.
