BURE’S SHARE CAPITAL AND NUMBER OF SHARES ON 29 MAY 2015

As per 29 May 2015 the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) amounts to 70,833,710. The share capital amounts to SEK 535,518,034.36.

At the beginning of the month the total number of shares in the company amounted to 76,081,510, of which Bure itself held 5,247,800 shares. The share capital amounted to SEK 535,518,034.36.

Pursuant to decision of the Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2015, Bure has cancelled 5,247,800 of the repurchased shares through which the share capital has been reduced by SEK 36,937,904.37 through the cancellation of 5,247,800 shares. A bonus issue for SEK 36,937,904.37 was also carried out in order to restore the share capital. The share capital reduction and bonus issue were registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 27 May 2015.

This information constitutes the public disclosure of a change in the number of shares in accordance with Chapter 4, § 9, paragraph one, of the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980).
