Bure's share capital and number of shares on 30 April, 2008

As per 30 April 2008 the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) amounts to 92,639,637, of which Bure itself holds 0 shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 300,100,000.

At the beginning of the month the total number of shares in the company amounted to 98,377,837, of which Bure itself held 5.738.200 shares. The share capital amounted to SEK 842,057,619.23.

The reduction of shares during April is due to the fact that 5,738,200 shares have been cancelled in accordance with decision of the Annual General Meeting on 23 April. The share capital has been reduced in accordance with decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 23 April.
