Bure sells Chematur Engineering

Bure sells Chematur Engineering Bure has sold all its shares in Chematur Engineering AB. Bure has sought an appropriate industrial buyer for Chematur for a long time. The buyer, via companies, is Håkan Hermansson who has a long and successful experience of similar operations within Electrolux and Boliden, including as President of Boliden Contech. Chematur has reported significant losses in recent years. Bure is participating in a financial restructuring of the company in connection with the sale, which is made at book value.
