Bure sells its holding in Kreatel

Bure announces that it has agreed, together with other shareholders, to sell its 4.9% (fully-diluted) holding in Kreatel Communications AB (publ). Completion of the transaction, which is conditional upon customary closing conditions, is expected to take place during the first quarter of 2006.

The sale is made via a Bure subsidiary, CR&T Ventures AB, and will provide the subsidiary with a liquidity contribution of approximately SEK M 40 and an exit gain of approximately SEK M 38. Bure’s equity per share will increase on completion by SEK 0,03 per share after full dilution.
