Simonsen Sverige AB will change its name to Textilia Tvätt & Textilservice AB

Bure’s sale of Simonsen’s Materials division, which was announced in October 2004, has been completed. When the transfer is made, Simonsen Sverige AB will change its name to Textilia Tvätt & Textilservice AB. The company is already registered in the Group and is established with some customers and internally in the company.

Bure’s ownership in Textilia Tvätt & Textilservice AB amounts to 100 per cent.
